Can I use the levy for existing employees?

Yes. Apprenticeships aren’t just for new recruits. Eligible existing employees can also undertake an apprenticeship, allowing you to develop their skills while they continue to contribute to your organisation.

Can I transfer my levy funds?

If your organisation has apprenticeship funding available that you don’t currently need, you may be able to transfer some of it to another eligible employer, subject to the current rules.

Levy transfers can help other businesses access apprenticeship training while allowing you to support skills development beyond your own organisation.
