I feel like an apprenticeship was the next logical step in my career with the problem solving approach I’m finding myself thinking outside of the box with daily data. Whilst there is a lot of independent learning, MK:U and Marston Holdings have provided me with the resources and support to level up.

MK:U has helped me develop new knowledge and skills, particularly around programming that I have been able to pally and use as part of my role. The style of learning means that you aren’t just taught how to do things but encouraged to find it for yourself which makes it much more engaging and it also helps with understanding the topic.
